Who handles your enquiry?

Clare Strubin, trading as Compass Foot Care, is responsible for the personal information you provide when contacting the business.

Information you provide

An enquiry may include your name, telephone number, email address, postcode or area, preferred contact method and message. Please do not include detailed medical information in a website enquiry.

How it is used

The details you submit are used, with your consent, to respond to your questions and discuss an appointment. They are not used for mailing lists or advertising. You can withdraw your consent by contacting Clare.

Website cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile bot check, which processes technical information needed to protect the form.

Sending and protecting enquiries

When the form is available, Resend delivers your enquiry by email to Compass Foot Care. Your enquiry is then held in the business email inbox. Clare can explain how long your correspondence needs to be kept and deal with deletion requests.

The website does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages. It uses temporary counters with a keyed hash of your internet address to limit repeated submissions. These counters contain no enquiry text. Expired counters are cleaned up during later submission attempts.

Cloudflare and Resend may process technical and delivery records under their own policies. Please avoid sending detailed medical information through this general enquiry form.
